1. Rapid response and short lead-time


  Commences on the order confirmation date:

  Less than 500 Sqm(size: 320mm*320mm), the lead-time is 4 days; if the purchasing quantity is   above 500 Sqm, the lead-time need to be negotiated(normally the lead-time is 20 days).

2. After-sale Service

  Detail report: the whole course including sampling, sample submission, mass production and   delivry will be reported to customer in detail.

  Spares: regularly, the spares will be 3‰ of purchased quantity. It could be negotiated     under special situation

  Issues settlement: Solving the problem is our principle. We promise to settle problem first   and keep customer's program moving as scheduled if there is quality abnormality. The       responsibility will be definited under such circumstance.

3. Regular operation knowledge training

  The technician will be sent to customer's facility for operation skill training as requested   by customer.
