Two weeks later, when all three suppliers were negotiating price with customer, a dramatical change took place. A High Temperature Aging Test was submitted from customer’s lab, it shown that GLPOLY’s thermal pad offered a flatter performance curve compare to others’ products. The customer decided to cooperate with GLPOLY on the basis of high reliability of thermal pad. When we select a thermal pad for electrical vehicle, we need to consider more factors besides thermal conductivity, such as reliability, tensile strength and hardness. A better thermal pad must get these factors combined and provide high reliability.
